How do I change my electricity retailer or plan on the app?

Changed your electricity retailer? Here's how to update your details in the app.

Whether you've switched providers, moved to a new plan, or both, updating your details in the Basis Home app is quick and straightforward.

Here’s how to make the change:

  • Open the Basis Home app and go to Settings by clicking on your user avatar at the top right of your screen

  • Tap on Energy Plan and tap Manage

From there, you can update your retailer details or choose a new plan. You can also add custom pricing on the app.
