How do I change my electricity retailer or plan on the app?

Changed your electricity retailer? Here's how to update your details in the app.

Whether you've switched providers, moved to a new plan, or both, updating your details in the Basis Home app is quick and straightforward.

Here’s how to make the change:

• Open the Basis Home app and go to the Control tab.

• Tap on Panel Overview.

• Scroll to Electricity Plan and tap Manage.

From there, you can update your retailer details or choose a new plan.
