Changed your electricity retailer? Here's how to update your details in the app.
Whether you've switched providers, moved to a new plan, or both, updating your details in the Basis Home app is quick and straightforward.
Here’s how to make the change:

Open the Basis Home app and go to Settings by clicking on your user avatar at the top right of your screen

Tap on Energy Plan and tap Manage
From there, you can update your retailer details or choose a new plan. You can also add custom pricing on the app.
