Why does the Home app show I have limited data?

The Basis Home App delivers unprecedented insights about your power usage, but it needs a consistent data flow to work!

When your panel has had below 95% internet-connected uptime in the past 30 days, you may see a message warning you that you have limited data to generate insights - or your retailer comparison feature may not be available. Don't worry - as soon as your panel passes the 95% internet connected uptime again, the insights will be back in full.
