Something has gone wrong, how do I initiate a warranty claim?

Your Basis panel comes with a two-year warranty. Here's how to make a claim under the warranty.

If your Basis panel detects an electrical fault, it will alert you via the Home app and e-Ink displays. If these faults are more serious, you'll be directed to contact a Basis Certified Electrician to investigate what might be going on. 

Where the electrician detects a fault with the panel, they will initiate a warranty claim for you - which may include replacing or repairing the faulty part. You won't need to worry about a thing. If they believe the fault won't be covered under warranty (you can find details about potential exclusions within the warranty information on our website), they will let you know.
