The Basis Trade App is an electrician's new best friend. Find out more.
In order to work with the Basis Smart Panel as a Basis Certified Electrician, you will need to access the Basis Trade App, which can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store.
As part of your training, the Basis team will set you up with an account to use the app and walk you through all of its many features. The app is completely free to download and use, and it gives you access to digitally view, analyse and configure a Basis Smart Panel and its circuits - be that during installation or later on during servicing. Within the app you'll be able to upgrade your customer's software package, and change the safety settings of the panel. There's much more it can do - but you will hear all about it during your training.
Don't worry if you or other sparkys at your company aren't too tech savvy - the app is intuitive and simple to use.
