The Basis Smart Panel comes in three different potential configurations: Core, Pro and Max, allowing you to customise your product for what works for you and your family. If you would ever like to see a full breakdown of the features in each package, this can always be found on the Basis website.
If you originally purchased Core or Pro, but would like to upgrade, that's not a problem at all! Simply contact your Basis Certified Electrician and they can quote and arrange this for you. If you don't have the contact details of one, drop us a line at helpme@wearebasis.com and we will match you up.
The reason we ask that your electrician handle the upgrade is straightforward: the advanced packages include features that require professional activation. However, there’s no need to worry—this process is quick. A single visit from your electrician will ensure everything is set up correctly, allowing you to immediately start enjoying the new benefits!
