When you install a Basis Smart Panel, it's the start of a wonderful relationship and we're here for you every step of the way. Whether you've got questions about all the features of the panel, you're not sure about what to do in the apps, or anything else - you can always reach out to our customer team via this helpdesk, email or live chat.
Not only that, but your installing electrician (or any other Basis Certified Electrician in your area) will be on hand to support you too. They're your go-to if your new panel alerts you to previously undiscovered faults in your appliances or wiring, or if you'd like to upgrade your panel - with more circuits or a different software package.
